Amen Properties acquires cash-generating assets, primarily in energy-related industries. Currently the company's major holdings include production and royalty rights to domestic oil and gas operations and the wholly-owned energy management and consulting firm Priority Power Management.
Oil and Gas
Amen Minerals, a subsidiary of the company, holds many oil and gas interests within the United States, including the partially-owned Santa Fe Production, LLC and Santa Fe Royalty, LLC. Given the economic condition of oil along with expertise possessed by board members, the company will continue to seek cash-generating opportunities in oil production and royalties.
Energy Management
Priority Power Management is an independent energy management and consulting services firm whose sole purpose is to act as an extension of the clients’ staff to mitigate the risk and overcome the challenges associated with energy supply, information, and demand management.
